Miss Tina Wogandt - Prep - Year 2 Teacher
Joining St Patrick's Primary School in 2024 as the Prep - Year 2 Teacher has been the most fulfilling role in my career so far in many ways. I will never tire of having the privilege of watching their little minds grow and learn. St Pat's is an inclusive school environment with a real sense of school community that I feel blessed to be a part of.
Mrs Amy Silvester- HPE Teacher/Sports Co-ordinator/Playgroup Teacher
I grew up in Toowoomba and after finishing my Bachelor of Education at USQ in 2012, I moved to Mitchell where I taught here at St. Patrick’s School for 6 years. I had experience with learning support, APRE and teaching years 3-6 in a multi-age classroom. In 2019, I joined St. Anthony’s School in Toowoomba and taught Year 2 for two years. In 2021, I taught Year 6 at St John’s, Roma.
I married a Mitchell local, Jamie, in September 2020, in August 2022 we had our first child, Rylee, and in January 2025 we are expecting our second child. We also have our fur babies, Sam (dog) and Louie (cat). My family all live in Toowoomba, and I enjoy seeing them as much as I can, especially on holidays! I also enjoy spending time with my two nephews and my niece.
I am so happy to be back home at St Patrick's Primary School, Mitchell!
